    The Seventy Five is located one mile off of U.S. Route 33 in the beautiful Hocking Hills area. Sitting between Lancaster and Logan, we are just 40 minutes Southeast of Columbus, Ohio, with easy access to accommodations for you and your guests. | The Seventy Five Rockbridge, Ohio

  • Capacity

    Our grand reception can accommodate up to 250 guests | 200 guests with space for a dance floor.

  • All Seasons

    Our venue is beautiful during all seasons with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the captivating landscape of Hocking Hills, allowing you and your guests to take in the beauty all year round. Our venue has central air for those hot summer days and radiant heated floors for the colder months. Oh, did we mention a gorgeous custom fireplace!

  • Our Space is Your Space

    You are welcome to customize our space to create the atmosphere you envision. If decorating isn’t your thing, we have additional decorating options and amazing designer recommendations. All of our tables, furniture, and decor must remains in place where it is located. We do not allow nails, screws, staples, and adhesives that cause damage.

  • Set Up | Tear Down

    Don’t stress, our team is here to ensure your special day is special. When you arrive in preparation for your big day, our team will have the venue completely set up from tables, chairs, linens, napkins, chinaware, and glassware. This allows you to focus on centerpieces and all final touches. As you dance the night away, our team handles clean up and assists in packing up all your decorations.

  • Tables | Chairs | Linens

    Our packages include: tables, chairs, ceremony chairs, solid color table linens, and linen napkins. Accent decorations available for your use with add on options for additional guests.

  • Bride + Groom Suites

    Getting ready comfortably is important, which is why we have private rooms for each of you. Did we mention that they are included in your rental fee. Both rooms have a private restroom, mini bar, snacks, an outside entrance, and beautiful natural light allowing for every moment to be captured perfectly.

    *Max capacity of suite | 10 people (not including stylists). Suites are for Bride, Groom, and Wedding Party only. Need more room? Our property features three of our Box Hop homes.

  • Catering

    We have hand selected catering companies just for you, who offer a variety of options to fit your event and budget. We’ve worked hard to provide amenities for caterers to use, including the use of our kitchen for holding, warming, and serving your food. We even provide chinaware, flatware, and glassware for your convenience.

    *Please note, no caterer can be used that is not on our preferred vendors list.

  • Bar | Drinks for Everyone

    Yes, you can bring your own alcohol. We do require that you hire professional and licensed bartenders through our approved list to ensure the proper serving and handling of all alcohol while on our property. The hired bartenders are the ONLY ones allowed to serve any alcohol. You also must have the amount of alcohol approved by our venue manager prior to event. We want you to enjoy celebrating safely and this is why we have some requirements in place. Fountain service is included in our packages. These drinks include soda, lemonade, iced tea, and water.

  • Candles + Lighting

    Natural lighting in our venue is a dream with floor to ceiling windows at both ends of our grand reception area. To top it off, gorgeous chandeliers accent the room perfectly and touches of lighting along the walls bring the entire venue to life. We love the elegant atmosphere candles create. You’re welcome to include them as decor on your big day, we do require them to be smokeless and in a flame-retardant holder at all times.

    You’ll discover high-speed Wi-Fi throughout our entire venue that your vendors can easily access, as well as electrical outlets placed throughout our facility and at our ceremony space.

  • DJ + Live Music

    We love both and our couples are welcome to book their favorites. We have wonderful recommendations and work hand in hand with both DJ’s and Music Entertainment to ensure your day flows flawlessly.

  • Smoking

    The Seventy Five is a non-smoking facility. A designated smoking area is located on the property with proper disposal of buds. There is No Smoking anywhere in the building. Grooms- there is a designated cigar patio located off the your suite with a proper disposal area.

  • Handicape Accessible + ADA Compliant

    It is important that all guests can access our venue to enjoy your special day. The Seventy Five is ADA compliant. Our venue level parking area and walkways throughout the property, along with a suitable restroom facility was created for easy access for every guest. Both motorized and transport chairs can easily navigate our space.

  • Parking + Overnight

    Parking is located in two locations: Priority is located directly next to our venue and Main located closer to ceremony site. We encourage those who have had a little bit too much to drink to leave their vehicles overnight. We do however ask, that they return by 10:00 am the following morning to get their vehicle. We do not allow campers, RVs, or overnight stays on our property, outside of our Box Hops.

  • Reserving my Date | Deposit

    Our weekends fill up quickly and should be booked as soon as possible. Our venue manager will work with you to book your event, but sooner is always better than later. We do not hold dates. Your date is reserved once we receive a signed contract and deposit. A 33% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve our space.

  • Reserving The Box Hops

    The Seventy Five property features three of our Box Hop Airbnbs. As a Seventy Five couple, you have priority access to reserve these three properties for you and your guests. Additionally, our other three homes, located a few miles away, can be reserved if available too. To secure a reservation, a fifty percent deposit per house is required. To book The Box Hops, kindly inform us during the reservation process, specifying which properties you wish to reserve. Our Box Hop administrator will then provide you with the necessary reservation links to complete the deposit. Should you already know which guests will be occupying each property, you can send them the reservation link to fill in their information and complete the payment process. In the event that you no longer require a property, please notify us before the three-month deadline to receive a full refund for each unused home.
